Are you an office-goer or a normal student who needs something to eat in between meetings or classes? And how often these midday cravings involve healthy snacks? Not to lie, eating biscuits, samosas, bread pakoras, chips etc is my guilty pleasure too. These fried and processed food are high in fat and low in nutrition. So what next?

Pick channa in any form- roasted channa, masala channa, Kabuli channa or even channa chats seasoned with spices, you will find them loaded in proteins. This is definitely me and my brother’s major midnight snacking addiction.
