If you have stored your medicines in the car or somewhere in the heat prone area, just quickly store them in a cool and dry place. You can store some medicines in a refrigerator. High Heat can alter the medicines.

Pay special attention to your Sleep Hygiene. Change your schedule by sleeping early and waking up early. Also, have a cold bath before going to sleep. This will surely help you to get sound sleep.
